Delivery & Returns

At Portare we aim to get your orders to you quickly and safely. This is usually within 1-2 working days from the date of your order confirmation email. 

Next working day delivery comes as standard on all orders placed on a weekday by 2pm

Orders placed for Savage jewellery are handcrafted lovingly to order with a creation time of up to 7 working days.

You may return items to be received by us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.

Please be careful when trying on items that you are not wearing any makeup, deodorant, body lotion or jewellery that may leave a scent, mark or damage the item. Unfortunately if any items are returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept them for return. Portare reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item send back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items that Portare can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for return or exchange, when they have reached our returns department within the timeframe outlined.

Portare will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non faulty items that have been worn, washed or with tags removed.

We will not refund or exchange items which we believe failed to meet the standards stated above. Upon the return of the item you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Make returns as normal via the Post Office using Royal Mail. Returns must be paid for by you but you will receive a £5 voucher towards your next purchase, if you require this voucher please let us know.

Please make sure you obtain proof of postage, and if possible request a signature as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
